The Emerald Isle Boating Access Area is located on Bogue Sound and is the largest boating access area on the North Carolina coast.
The facility features 4 launching ramps and plenty of parking spaces including 112 vehicle/trailer parking spaces and a separate lot with 18 single vehicle parking spaces, in addition to restrooms and a picnic area with tables.
And it’s no charge to launch your boat!
