So Much to Do Inside
Blue Grass is a four-story property with common areas located throughout its unique floor plan.
The main common space is on the top floor and is open, combining the kitchen, dining and living room space for a very inviting area.
With a kitchen this big, you won’t have any problems serving up meals for you and your guests. The only thing you might need is more hands in the kitchen to help you cook! The kitchen has a set of each appliance, including two refrigerators, two stoves, two microwaves and three dishwashers. There’s also plenty of counter space available on both sides of this galley kitchen and there’s so much room to move around that you’ll all be able to maneuver comfortably.
Off of the kitchen is the dining room with two large dining tables that will seat up to 24 guests. If you have more guests, no problem! The kitchen island bar provides eight additional seats! The common space upstairs is finished off with a living room that has plush couches and oversized chairs, a wall-mounted TV above the fireplace and a poker table for four if you’re in the mood for a friendly card game. Throughout the four levels, you’ll find small seating areas that are great for times when you want some privacy or a quiet space to sit down. These are great for reading your favorite book or posting fun beach photos to social media.
There are also some pretty decked-out rec rooms at Blue Grass, providing unique experiences in each. One rec room has a billiards table along with a large flat-screen TV and plush couches, which is perfect for a movie night or game day while playing some pool. This room also has its own fully equipped kitchen, complete with a stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, so game time snacks and movie concessions are never out of reach! Another rec room on the ground floor is perfect for the gamers on your trip as it has both a foosball and air hockey table! There’s also a wet bar with a refrigerator and microwave in this rec room as well.
The last room is set up more like a home theatre with a large flat screen TV that is ready to show your favorite movies in high definition quality and a surround sound system that will make you feel like you’re at the theatre! This room also provides a wet bar with a refrigerator and microwave.

Blue Grass takes advantage of its gorgeous view of the coast with balconies on three of its four levels that have lounging furniture perfect for relaxing to a beautiful sunrise or sunset. On the side of Blue Grass is your very own private pool which also has lounging furniture available around it. It’s a great way to beat the heat and have a sand-free day splashing around! Picnic tables are also placed around the pool for those days when you want to have an outdoor cookout.
Blue Grass is also a short walk down a beautiful private boardwalk that takes you through the lush dunes and straight to the beach. Spend the morning taking in the sunrise from the patio then make your way to the beach for a day of relaxing in the sun. When you’re done with the beach, you can rinse off at two of the enclosed hot/cold outdoor showers.
Plenty of Room for Everyone
Blue Grass has 10 bedrooms total that have 5 queen-sized beds, 4 twin beds, and 3 sets of bunk beds. Each bedroom also has its own private bathroom, flat screen TV and are each decorated in a bright coastal theme. Seven of the bedrooms at Blue Grass also have deck access with large sliding glass doors that let the perfect amount of light in to wake you in the mornings and provides a gorgeous backdrop of the setting sun in the evening.
