One of A Kind
Cardinal begins on the top floor with an open reverse floor plan that looks out at the water from the large windows. Warm hardwood floors make the space feel cozy and inviting for guests while the style and decoration is laid back with the perfect touch of coastal flair.
The kitchen is spacious enough to handle any meal preparation, whether it’s for one or twelve, and is fully stocked and ready to put your cooking skills to the test. A large granite island in the middle also makes for a convenient spot to grab breakfast at or mingle while whipping up meals. Cardinal has two designated dining locations inside you where guests can enjoy meals during their stay. One is rectangular and has seating for six and the other is round with seating for four. Both dining areas have great views from the top floor and are located right off of the kitchen.
The living room will have you wanting to kick your feet up and sink into the plush sofas that are aimed at the mounted flat-screen smart TV, allowing guests to bring their favorite streaming services along to keep them entertained. This entertainment center also has surround sound audio, making your viewing experience even better.
There are two large decks on the outside of Cardinal that have exquisite views of the water. The top floor has a covered area, but the opposite side is open with plenty of space to sunbathe and catch that vacation glow. These decks also have plenty of furniture to relax on including lounging chairs, rockers and a picnic table.
At Cardinal, you’ll also be able to plan the perfect beach day with backyard access to the water. A private boardwalk goes directly through the dunes to the beach and has a spot with seating along the way. After your day at the beach, you can rinse off in the outdoor hot and cold shower. Other amenities Cardinal offers include wireless high-speed Internet access, water softener and purified drinking water, ceiling fans throughout and a stainless-steel gas grill.
Sleep Like Royalty
Cardinal has four bedrooms, three of which are master bedroom suites, and four and a half bathrooms. The master bedrooms each have spacious king-size beds, deck access and their own private bathrooms. One suite’s bathroom features a whirlpool tub that you’ll want to soak in after a day of exploring the town and each room has a TV so you can catch a movie before bed or fall asleep to your favorite late-night show.
The other two rooms at this cottage have a twin-size daybed with a trundle bed on the bottom and two full-size beds. These rooms are perfect for your younger guests and include televisions as well.
