For this week’s Featured Property, we’re talking about Summer Blue, one of our newer properties.
Summer Blue, an oceanfront cottage, has two full bathrooms and four bedrooms, including one oceanfront master bedroom with a queen-size bed and Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. In the other bedrooms you’ll find two double-size beds and a set of bunk beds.
With Summer Blue, you’ll enjoy an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings. There’s plenty of space in the large living room, which is right next to the fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar. The kitchen and living room also are next to the dining area with a table that seats six. There’s also a small seating area behind the living room couch.
What you’ll love most about this open concept area are the breathtaking views and proximity to the ocean. You’ll be able to open doors right onto the deck from the living room and see the ocean even better. The ocean’s not just for looking – you can walk down the boardwalk and dip your toes right in the water! You’re just a few feet away from the surf.

Pets are allowed at this rental with a $250 fee per pet (two pet maximum).
