The common area faces the ocean and large picture windows provide plenty of natural light while showcasing the picturesque views which Emerald Isle is known. Wall decor also provides pops of color that blend and complement each other, giving the area the coastal feel.
A lounging area has two comfortable couches, an accent chair with an ottoman and two sitting chairs making for a great space to relax and enjoy company.
The kitchen, which has an abundance of counter-space, makes planning and preparing meals during your vacation a breeze. For those who stay out of the kitchen, there’s an adjacent bar that has seating for four. The dining room area has seating for eight and takes advantage of the windows giving you amazing views with your meals.
Just for The Fun of It also has wireless high-speed Internet, a washer and dryer, five TVs with cable and a stereo with Bluetooth so you can play your own favorite playlist.
Rest Your Head
The cottage’s four bedrooms have a king-size bed in the master suite, three queen size beds, two twin-sized beds and a set of twin-sized bunk beds. The master suite has access to the wraparound deck that includes stunning views of the water from the sliding glass doors. This light-blue hued suite accents the cottage’s tropical style with brightly-colored throw pillows, rugs and wall decor. The suite’s bathroom is rejuvenating and tranquil with marble fixtures, a heated tile floor and an invigorating steam shower.
A second room with a queen-sized bed also has deck access and two wicker chairs for you to enjoy. The third bedroom includes two queen-sized beds and still has plenty of space left over to spread out and relax.
For the younger guests, the last room has a set of twin-size bunk beds and two twin-sized beds, perfect for a family slumber party!
Oceanfront Wonder
Part of the charm of staying in an oceanfront rental is the outdoor amenities and convenience of being so close to the beach. The wraparound deck is both covered and uncovered with several outdoor chairs if you’re in the mood to take in the salty breeze or relax to the views of the setting sun. A short walk down a private boardwalk that goes over the dunes takes you directly to the beach. Along the way, you’ll want to stop and relax in the hot tub where you can breathe in the ocean air while easing the tension of the everyday.
Planning to have a cookout? You’re all set with the stainless-steel outdoor gas grill located conveniently off of the boardwalk. A picnic table also is available while you’re outside whipping up some delicious eats. An outdoor hot and cold shower also is available to wash the salt and sand off after a day on the beach.
