With two stories and deck access that takes you out to the beach, Sun Life West will give you the expansive water views you’ve been craving. The main common area on the first floor features an open floor plan that combines the kitchen, living and dining areas. In the kitchen, you’ll find a large island that seats four with enough counter space to make preparing meals a breeze!
The dining area has a glass-top table with seating for six and provides stunning ocean views while you enjoy a delicious meal. Nearby, a plush accent chair will take you to the living room, which has two tropical-print couches. Sliding doors connected to the living area provide access to the dune deck where you can relax and take in the ocean air.
Another living room located on the second floor is great for catching one your favorite TV shows or Netflix series while sinking into a comfortable couch. Sun Life West also has wireless high-speed Internet, four cable TVs with DVD players, a stereo that comes complete with an iPod docking station and ceiling fans throughout.
Sleeping In
Three bedrooms make up Sun Life West with a king, queen and two twin-sized beds as well as three bathrooms. The master suite has a king size bed where you’ll be greeted each morning with a great sunrise brought to you by the Crystal Coast. This room also has access to its own second floor deck, which provides the perfect setting for rest and relaxation.
The second bedroom is nicely decorated with and comes complete with a queen bed and cozy sitting area for diving into your favorite book. The last room is perfect for the kids during your beach trip with two twin size beds and plenty of space for a pillow fort!
Enjoy the Outdoors
While this property begs for you to stay inside, Sun Life West is conveniently located near a variety of local eateries and quaint boutiques, so venturing to town will be easy and quick. Aside from being close to town, this duplex is even closer to the beach has direct access off the dune deck, making beach trips simple and accessible during your trip. An outdoor hot and cold shower is also available for a quick rinse after a long day at the beach.
