A 50% deposit is required to hold your date.

Where is the boat located?
Charters and boat rentals depart from the Emerald Isle Public Boat Launching Facility.
What should I bring?
Sunscreen, sun hats, jacket, snacks and drinks.
How many people can go on the charter?
Rates for fishing charters are based on up to 3 passengers; there is an additional fee per person for additional passengers. Pontoon boat rentals will hold up to 12 people. Call for more information.
What is the cancellation policy?
All deposits for fishing charters are non–refundable, but are transferable if cancellation is received 30 days prior to the trip. A full refund will be received if Captain Roy cancels due to inclement weather.
There is a 5-day minimum cancellation on boat rentals. If you cancel with less than 5 days, you will be charged full rental price. However, we will try to replace your rental with another party if possible.
