The History Museum of Carteret County is operated by the Carteret County Historical Society, and features exhibits, lectures, research library and a 2,500 sq. ft. auditorium that can be reserved for special events such as weddings, receptions and reunions.
The event space can easily be adapted for events, small to large, and designed according to how you want your event to be arranged and conducted. If you prefer to arrange your own set up, we can accommodate that need as well.
Social distancing is easily achieved for groups of up to 35 people. As an education venue, we offer ample parking, a lecture hall, ADA compliant access, restaurant (unaffiliated) on the premises, WIFI and convenient restrooms.
