Emerald Isle Realty COVID-19 Cleaning Procedure and Safety Protocols
Emerald Isle Realty has always insisted upon the highest cleaning standard for our vacation rental homes and during these unprecedented times, cleanliness and sanitizing have necessitated even more stringent requirements to ensure the good health and safety of our vacation rental guests, homeowners and our housekeeping teams.
In alignment with public health recommendations, and to provide our guests peace-of-mind during their stay, we are taking measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. This includes the implementation of enhanced cleaning processes by VRHP, the internationally esteemed Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals organization, as well as fulfilling the Count On Me NC training and certification, a commitment to best practices and procedures that give our staff and guests the confidence we’re doing everything possible to ensure their safety.
The small beach towns where our vacation rental homes are found are famously uncrowded, with wide beaches and plenty of space for your family’s umbrellas and unlimited fresh air. Rest assured that you will have plenty of open area to enjoy while staying safe at the beach and at your private vacation rental.
VRHP CERTIFIED
Every housekeeper and quality assurance inspector will be certified in COVID-19 enhanced cleaning by the Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals organization.
COMMITTED TO SAFETY
We have been using CDC, EPA and OSHA compliant products and sanitizing methods for decades.
DEEP CLEANING
We have implemented enhanced Deep Cleaning for each of our vacation rental homes, with extra sanitizing attention paid to all surfaces, especially high-touch areas.
COUNT ON ME NC
We have completed the Count On Me NC training and certification to give you the confidence we’re doing everything possible to ensure your safety.
PPE WORN
Our housekeeping staff will be wearing appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment) at all times while cleaning all of our properties.
NO WORRIES BEDDING
If the property you rented has chosen either the “No Worries Comforter” or “Triple Sheet” package you will arrive to a snowy white comforter and/or triple-sheeted beds.
LOW-CONTACT CHECK-INS
No need to come into the office or leave your vehicle, our Emerald Isle Realty team will greet you at our drive through Tiki Hut for Saturday and Sunday arrivals.
