Our ratings, by Emerald Isle Realty’s nationally trained Resort Rating Specialists, allow you to choose the quality of your beach home just as you would choose the quality of your hotel room.

		Emerald: Reserved for our highest rated properties offering extraordinary accommodations replete with lavish details; these exclusive, luxurious properties epitomize the ultimate experience in coastal living.
		Platinum: Exceptional accommodations featuring unique, top of the line design and superior appointments. Interiors are professionally designed with an emphasis on high quality furnishings and luxury finishes.
		Gold: Very well-coordinated and appointed accommodations. Furnishings, kitchens and baths are in fine condition. Special features and amenities are apparent.
		Silver: Attractive and inviting accommodations featuring tasteful, good quality furnishings with well-equipped kitchens and baths.
		Bronze: Comfortable and welcoming accommodations well-equipped for an enjoyable vacation. All furnishings are in good condition. Kitchens and baths may be dated, but are well-maintained with standard quality inventory.
